The ARTFUL VIOLINS Project

Since its inception as an artists’ colony, Laguna Beach has been known for its vibrant visual arts. The ARTFUL VIOLINS Project links Laguna Beach Music Festival to Laguna’s visual arts community by commissioning respected local artists to create sculptural works from musical instruments.  These unique creations are exhibited in local galleries in the month leading up to the Festival and then sold at auction online to benefit the Festival’s outreach and education programs. (The auction opens on Thursday, January 5 at www.BiddingforGood.com/lbmf and closes on Sunday, February 12.)
