Feb 3-9, 2014 – Save the date!
Watch for announcement of concerts and events this summer, including preferred seating offers to patrons and frequent buyers; then, tickets will go on sale to the general public in September. We’re excited!
JEFFREY KAHANE , music director of Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and acclaimed pianist will present a solo recital in an intimate salon setting, mentor and perform with emerging artists the fabulous LINDEN STRING QUARTET and present a rare performance with his son GABRIEL KAHANE, the musical polymath, composer-pianist-guitarist-baritone who blurs the boundaries between art song and the singer/songwriter tradition, and works with ensemble yMUSIC, who think of themselves as post-genre if they think about genre at all. Together this roster of eclectic artists will present concerts ranging from classical to contemporary to indie-folk-pop.
As always: artistic excellence in intimate spaces that allow artists and audiences the freedom to inquire, explore and discover.
Plus, WORLD PREMIERE: Gabriel Kahane and yMusic in a new song cycle co-commissioned by Laguna Beach Music Festival. Watch the video below (thanks, Carnegie Hall) for some insight into Gabe’s music and career.
